New Way of Getting a J-O-B!

We all know the times are tough. FUCK, I KNOW TIMES ARE TOUGH. Living back with my mom in Morris County, NJ... KILL ME! No, really, kill me....please! After sending my resume to eh.. HUNDREDS of companies, I have gotten used to signing into my gmail account in the morning to find hmpf..."No New Messages". I am either a really big loser, or my email account is malfunctioning. Creativity is key to catching the eye's of these companies. If your resume doesn't stick out..FORGET ABOUT IT!

My brother being the artist he is, used a brochure that reflected all his pieces that he had created throughout his college career. After his interview, he saw a pile of resume's, and he instantly picked his out because it stood out from all the rest. Trying to be just as creative as him, I have been trying to think outside of the box to catch these company's eyes. Then, I came across the new versions of resumes....video resumes. Although, this may not be the approach for the shy, uncomfortable individual...screw you, I am FINDING A JOB because I'm not! bAaaah-HaAaA!

My video resume is in the works and I'm hoping that this is just another way to get my foot through the door to that dream job. Best of luck to you all who are in the same position as me. I will not stop here, I PROMISE YOU. I am so determined to find a job, that I will not settle for anything but what I ENJOY DOING. Yes, call me stupid..."take what you can get" is what I have buzzing in my ear, but why would I take a job where I will not be happy and end up quitting anyway? A quote that I thought would be inspirational to all you yuppies out there: "Trust yourself. Think for yourself. Act for yourself. Speak for yourself. Be yourself. Imitation is suicide."
